In the Name of God Amen I Tho: Wittewrong of the parish Stanton Bery in the County of Bucks Leut being in bodily health and sound and disposing mind and memory and considering the perills and dangers of the seas and other uncertainties of this transitory life doe for avoiding controversies after my decease make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I commend my Soule to God that gave it and my body I commit to the earth or sea as it shall please God to order and as for and concerning all my worldly estate I give bequeath and dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say) all manner of wages short allowance money prize money etc which now is or hereafter shall become due unto me from her Maties  ship the Expedition to which I now belong and to all other ship and ships that I may hereafter belong for all wages sume and summes of money lands Tenements goods chattels and estate whatsoever as shall be any ways due or owing or belonging unto me at the time of my decease I doe give devise and bequeath the same unto my well beloved wife Elizabeth Wittewrong And I doe hereby nominate and appoint her my foresaid wife to be my sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking all former and other Wills and Testaments and deeds of gift by me at any time heretofore made And I doe ordaine and ratifye these presents stand and be for and as my only last Will and Testament In witness whereof to this my last will I have set my hand and seal the fifth day of January Anno Din 170¾ And in the second year of the Reign of her Majesty Queen Ann over England etc. Tho: Wittewrong Signed sealed and published in the presence of us Wm Wood John Andrews
