This is the last Will and Testament of me William Baily of Bradwell in the County of Bucks Esquire which I hereby make and Publish in manner following (that is to say) I give and devise unto my three daughters Mary Baily Ann Baily and Elizabeth Baily All and every of my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever situate lying or being in the several parishes of Bradwell Stanton Bury Farthingstone Morton Pinkney and Abthorpe in the Parish of Towcester in the several Counties of Buckingham and Northampton with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances except one close of pasture ground with the Appurtenances hereinafter in this my will by me given and devised to my Son John Baily and his Heirs  To hold the same unto the use of my said three Daughters Mary Ann and Elizabeth Baily and to their Heirs and Assigns for ever Also I give and devise unto my said Son John Baily All that my Close of Pasture Ground situate and being in Bradwell aforesaid adjoining to the certain Leys called Upper Buttlers Leys with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging To hold the same unto you and to the use of my said son John Baily his Heirs and Assigns for ever And Lastly as to and concerning all my Household Goods Furniture China Plate ready Money and Securities for Money Stock Chattels Rights Credits Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and of what nature or kind soever the same be after Payment of my just Debts and Funeral Expences I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said three Daughters Mary Ann and Elizabeth Baily their Executors Administrators and Assigns to be equally divided between them share and share alike And I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my said three daughters Mary Ann and Elizabeth Baily joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Baily have to this my last Will contained in two Sheets of Paper to the first Sheet thereof set my Hand only and to the second and last my Hand and Seal this twenty eighth Day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and one William Baily Signed sealed Published and declared by the said William Baily the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have here unto subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto at the request and in the Presence of the said Testator and also in the Presence of each other Sarah Burnham Thomas R..ebone James Burnham
