This is the last Will and Testament of me John Baily of Bradwell in the County of Bucks Esquire which I make in manner following I give to my Dear Wife Ruth all and every my Manors Messuages Tenements Lands Closes Grounds and Premises situate in Bradwell aforesaid Maidford in the County of Northampton or elsewhere whether in Possession reversion or remainder or expectancy To hold of her my said Wife and her Assigns for and during the Term of her natural Life and from and after her decease I give and devise all and singular the said Manors Messuages Tenements Lands Closes Grounds and Premises unto William Hootton now living with me the Son of David Hooton of Ecton in the County of Northampton To hold to him the said William Hootton his Heirs and Assigns for ever I also give my Wife my Shares and Interest in the Grand Junction Canal for her own use I give to the said William Hootton five hundred pounds which I direct to be paid him out of my Personal Estate within six Months after my decease All the Rest and Residue of my Personal Estate of every Description I give to my said Wife for her own use I appoint my Wife sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking all other Wills by me made I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have here unto set my Hand and Seal the twenty ninth day of December One thousand eight hundred and fifteen John Baily Signed sealed Published and declared by the said John Baily the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who in his Presence at his request and in the Presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses the Words Manors being first interlined in two places John Garrard Atty Olney Thos Wilkinson William James Bradwell
