This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Key Baily of Bradwell in the County of Buckingham Esquire being of sound memory and understanding First I will order and direct that all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences shall be fully paid and satisfied And I give and desire All that my Copyhold Close of Pasture Land commonly called or known by the Name of Fidler’s Field situate lying and being in the Parish of Bradwell aforesaid and hold of the Manor of Whaddon and which I have already surrendered to the use? of my Will unto my son William James Baily his Heirs and Assigns for ever And I give and bequeath all and singular my life and dead Stock Goods Household Furniture Plate Linen China Books ready monies and Securities for money rent and arrears of rent Grand Junction Canal shares book debts chattels effects and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of whatever nature or kind the same may be unto my dear Wife Celia Baily to and for her own absolute use and benefit Subject to the Payment of my Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences as aforesaid And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son William James Bailey and my said Wife Celia Baily Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the twenty fourth day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventeen Josh Key Baily Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Joseph Key Baily the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presents at his request and in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our Names as witnesses E.
