In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Barker of North Crawley in the Countie of Bucks Shepheard being sick in Bodie but of good and perfect mind and memorie. Blessed be God for the same doe make and ordaine this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme following. First II bequeath my soule into the Hands of my most mercifull God and Saviour. And my Bodie to the earth from whence it Came. And for my worldlie effects I dispose thereof as followeth First I give and bequeath unto my Sonne John Five poundes of Lawfull monie of England. To be payed unto him or his Assignes at the end of Twelve moneths after my decease. Item I give unto my sonne Henry Tenne shillings of Lawfull monie of England. To be payd unto him or his Assignes at the end of Twelve Moneths after my decease Item I give unto my daughter Anne Tenne pounds of Lawfull monies of England To be payd unto her or her Assignes at the end of Twelve Moneths after my decease Item I give unto my said daughter Anne one Holland sheete and One Holland Pillowbeare and Two Pewtor Platters Item All the rest of my goods and Chattles unbequeathed and my dwelling House and orchard in Brook end I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Richard whom I doe make sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament My will being. That my said Executor shall pay the Legacies by me bequeathed and discharged the Rites of my Buriall In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my Hand and Seale. This will was proved at London The Three and Twentieth day of June in the year One Thousand Six Hundred Fiftie Seaven. Before the Judges for the probate of wills and granting of Administrations Lawfully authorised.
