Isaac Bushbee 1714
I Isaac Bushbee of the parish of North Crawley in the County of Bucks Yeoman being indisposed in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praised be to God for the same making void and revoking all former Wills and Legacies by me heretofore made and given do publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following (that is to say) First my will is that all my Debts which at the time of my decease shall be owing to any person or persons be well and truly paid and my Funerall Expences defrayed by my Executor hereinafter named My Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried in the Burying Place of the people commonly called Quakers at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named And as touching my Temporall Estate my Debts first paid I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary my two Closes Great Holows and Little Hollows and also my Homestead and Pightle behind my House She paying Fifty pounds that I borrowed upon a House in Newton Street in the parish of St Giles in the Feilds in the County of Middlesex within a Twelve month after my decease And if my Wife doth live after her Lease at London is expired Then my Daughter shall pay her five pounds a Year out of her two Closes Great Holows and Little Holows every Year during her naturall life And I give my House in Newton Street that is ingaged for the above named Fifty pounds now in the possession of the Widow Emery to Elizabeth Walton Twelve months after my decease if she lives so long paying all dues that it pays now and performing all Covenants that it now stands charged with Except the Fifty pounds But if she dyes before the Year is expired Then I give it to my Daughter Mary all the time to come thereof And I give all my Household Goods and Cattell and my wearing Apparell to Dinah my Wife for her to dispose of as her discretion And I make her my sole Executrix of this my Will and Testament revoking all other Wills and Testaments whatsoever In Witness I have set my hand and Seale the Day and Year first above written.
