The Seaventh Day of September in the yeare one Thousand six hundred seventy I Thomas Elingham of North Crawley in the Countie of Buckes yeoman doe here make my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following First my I give and bequeath unto Rebechah my loving wife all my houses and landes that Thomas Joinyer? gave mee by his Will that lye in North Crawley for her to enjoy during her Naturall life And after her decease my Will is to give yt to my Executor as followeth Item I doe constitute and ordeyne my loving Kinsman Charles Collman of Wooborne in the Countie of Bedford Grasier my soule Executor of this my last Will and Testament Item I give and bequeath to my said Executor Charles Collman all my houses and alsoe my lands and all my Freehold Estate whatsoever to him and his heirs and Assignes for Ever lying and being in the Towne and Parish of North Crawley in the Countie of Bucks Item I give and bequeath unto Robechah my loving wife all my movable goods and Cattells during her Naturall life And after here decease my Will is Charles Collman my Executor and his heirs and Assignes shall enjoy them for ever I give and bequeath unto Thomas Cooke my grandchild the Summe of twentie pounds to bee payd unto him at the age of twentie foure yeares Item I give and bequeath unto Lydia Cooke my grand daughter the Summe of Tenn pounds to be payd at the age of one and twentie yeares Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Smith the daughter of my sister Sarah Warner the Summe of Twentie pounds to bee payd at the age of one and twentie yeares if shee dyes before one and twentie my Will is to give it her Mother Sarah Warner Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Elingham my Kinsman of  Hame? [Holme] in the Countie of Bedford the summe of Fiftie pounds I have a Bond of his for Thirtie pounds which I gave him in part and Twentie pounds more to make up his Fiftie pounds to bee payd within one yeare after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Richard Markes the sonne of Richard Markes of North Crawley in the county of Bucks five pounds Item I give and bequeath unto Jane Markes the daughter of the said Richard Markes the summe of five pounds Item I give and bequeath unto Joseph Markes the sonne of the said Richard Markes the summe of five pounds Item I give and bequeath unto John Markes the sonn of the sayd Richard Markes the Summe of five pounds Item I give and bequeath unto Anne Markes the daughter of the said Richard Markes the summe of five poundes Item I give and bequeath unto James Markes sonn of the said Richard Markes the summe of Five poundes my Will is all the above sayd Markes shall receive their several Legacies at the age of one and twentie years if any decease before the age of one and twentie yeares my Will is his or their Legacyes shall bee divided amongst the rest of the Markeses And my Will is that twentie pounds which is due from Thomas David shall go in part of payment of the Legaryes of the Children of the said Richard Markes Item I give and bequeath unto Robert Newman of North Crawley in the County of Bucks the summe of Twentie pounds to bee payd one yeare after my decease and if the said Robert Newman deceased before it is due that then my Will is it shall be divided betwixt his wife and five Children that is to say Francis Newman Robert Newman Elizabeth Newman John Newman Joseph Newman and If anie of these Newmans shall die it shall equallie be divided amongst the survivors Item I give and bequeath unto Henry Glidewell of North Crawley in the Countie of Buckes the summe of tenn pounds to bee payd within one yeare after my decease and if the said Henry Glidewell decease before it is due that then my Will is it shallbe divided betwixt his wife and three children that is to say Mary Glidewell Rebeckuh Glidewell and John Glidewell and if any of these Glidewells shall dye it shalbe equally divided amongst the Survivors Item I give and bequeath unto Mary Busby widdow of North Crawley in the Countie of Buckes the summe of twentie shillings within one yeare after my decease Item I give and

the unto Walter Mabley of North Crawley in the Countie of Buckes the summe of twentie shillings to bee paid within one yeare after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto John Mouse [Mosse] the sonne of William Mouse of North Crawley in the Countie of Buckes the summe of five poundes Item I give and bequeath unto Ester Mouse the daughter of the said William Mouse the summe of five poundes Item I give and bequeath unto Susan Mouse the daughter of the said William Mouse Five poundes Item I give and bequeath unto Debra Mouse the daughter of the said William Mouse the summe of Five poundes Item I give and bequeath unto Dorcas Mouse the daughter of the said William Mouse the summe of Five poundes Item I give and bequeath unto Mordeian? Mouse the sonne of William Mouse aforesaid the summme of Five poundes my Will is all the above said Mouses shall receive those severall Legacies at the age of one and twentie yeares and if any decease before the age of one and twentie years my Will is his or their Legacies shallbee divided among the rest that Survive of the Mouses Item I give and bequeath unto John Cooke of Evershall [Eversholt] in the Countie of Bedford the summe of Tenn poundes to bee payd one yeare after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Robert Collman my kinsman of Cranfield in the Countie of Bedford the summe of Tenn poundes Item I give and bequeath unto the said Robert Collmans children tenn poundes to bee betwixt equally divided betwixt them and to bee payd to either of them as they come to one and twentie yeares of age if any decease before they come to that age my Will is it should be divided  equally betwixt the Survivors And my Will is the sayd Robert Collman shallbee payd his tenn pounds within one yeare after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Anes Barber the wife of William Barber of Lutun [Luton] in the County of Bedford The sum of Tenn pounds to bee payd one yeare after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Sarah Collman daughter of Francis Collman deceased the summe of tenn pounds one yeare after my decease to bee payed Item I give and bequeath unto poore friends called Quakers Tenn pounds to bee disposed of by Richard Markes and Robert Newman as he shall thinke fit within one yeare after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Charles Collman my soule Executor of this my last Will and Testament all my houses and lands after my decease according to my Will and minde before mentioned Upon Condition that hee shall pay all my lawfull debts and Legasyes above written I doe make my friend John Cooke Overseer of this my last Will and Testament this is my last and whole desire those things should be performed In Wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale Item I add one Legacie more to this last Will and Testament namely I give unto Mary Newnab daughter of Jonas Newman of Wolford [Walford] in the County of Heirford the summe of five pounds to bee payd at one and twentie yeares of age I further give and bequeath unto William Barbers Children the summe of tenn pounds to bee payd at one and twentie years of age Item I give Richard Barbers Children twentie shillings to bee payd one yeare after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto William Glidwell of Newport Pagnell in the Countie of Buckes the summe of Tenne pounds to bee payd one yeare after my decease And if the said William Glidwell decease before I bee and then then my Will is it shalbe divided equally betwixt his wife and all his Children  Thomas Elingham his marke Signed and Sealed in the presence of us Robert Normen Ann Grome William Edward William Mouse Edward Kingham his mark Clement Cal.ett his marke Henry Shadwell
