My Money and Securities for Money Goods Chattels Rights Credits and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever from and after payment and delivery of the above Legacies and the Payment of my Just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expenses To Hold to her the said Ann Snow her Executors Admins and Assigns
I give and bequeath unto William Waples and George Waples equally between them my Waggon upon their paying to my Wifes relation Ann Nelson Ten Pounds And all the rest and residue of my Implements in Husbandry and also all my Goods Chattels Cattle Stock and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Sarah McGiltrow for and during the term of her natural life she paying thereout all my legal Debts and Funeral Expences And after her decease I Give and bequeath to my Wifes Niece Catherine McGiltrow Ten Pounds to her Nephew and Neice Matthew Swannell and Mary Swannell Twenty pounds each which Legacies I direct shall be paid within three Months next after the decease of my said Wife And after such payments and full discharge of all my legal Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expences I will and direct that all the clear residue of my said personal Estate shall be legally divided into two parts and one equal part thereof I Give to my Brother Richard McGiltrow and my Niece Ann Garner equally between them and the residuary half of my said personalty I Give and bequeath equally to and amongst my said Wifes Nephews and Nieces George Waples Marha the Wife of William Taylor and Elizabeth the Wife of Michael Goodman
