Pound Lane through and over an allotment to the said Richard Lowndes to the south west corner of a certain Old Inclosure belonging to the said Robert Cowley called a New Close and from I thence through the allotment to the said Michael Nash and the second allotment to the said Robert Cowley till it enters a lane leading through the Old Inclosures of the said Robert Cowley
One other publick bridle road and private carriage and drift road of the breadth of thirty feet from the north end of the said lane which leads through the said Old Inclosures of the said Robert Cowley through and over part of the south side of the said first allotment to the said Robert Cowley part of the north side of the allotment to the said Richard Lowndes in Mill Hill field the west end of part of the allotment to the said Richard Lowndes in Edensea field and part of the west end of the allotment to the said William Lowndes in Edensea Close to the south end of a lane lying on the west side of the said Robert Cowley’s Edensea Close.
One other publick bridle road and private carriage and drift road from the north end of the said last mentioned lane through and over the west or north west sides of the allotments to the said Richard Lowndes and the said Catherine Lowndes Stone in Edensea field to a gate leading into an Old Inclosure at the north east corner of Edensea field belonging to Alexander Small esquire called Crawley Leys Close which said roads so as aforesaid set out and described as and for publick bridle and private carriage and drift roads shall be and remain of the breadth of thirty feet at least in every part thereof as now staked and set out and shall be taken deemed and used as publick roads for all persons whatsoever and as private carriage and drift roads for the use of the said Richard Lowndes, Michael Nash, Robert Cowley, Catherine Lowndes Stone, William Lowndes , the Reverend Doctor Atterbury and Alexander Small in respect of their several estates in the said parish of North Crawley and the owners and occupiers of such said estates respectively for the time being.
