Publick Cart Roads
And further know ye that we the said Commissioners have in pursuance of the powers given us in and by the said Act ascertained set out and appointed and by these presents do ascertain set out and appoint the several following pub lick and private roads and ways through and over the said lands and grounds by the said Act directed to be divided and inclosed (that is to say) :
One pub lick road from the west end of the village of North Crawley through the south end of the allotment to the said John Neal the south end of an allotment to the said William Lowndes the south end of an allotment to the said Charles Chester exchanged with the said William Lowndes the south end of an allotment to the said Catherine Lowndes Stone into the hamlet of Brook End and after having passed through the said Brook End then through and over the second allotment to the said Thomas Lowndes in lieu of the tithes of arable land in the open fields the allotment in lieu of the tithes of Old Inclosures and the allotment in lieu of the tithes of the Sweard land in the open fields to a gate entering in the said field in the Parish of Newport Pagnell called Tickford Field on or near the same track the present road now goes from North Crawley towards Newport Pagnell .
One other publick road leading out of the last described road the south west corner of the allotment to the said John Neal through and over the east side of the allotment to the said William Lowndes to the south end of a lane leading into Little Crawley.
One other pub lick road leading out of and from the west end of Little Crawley in a westward direction through and over the allotment to the said Catherine Lowndes Stone in Garden Field and allotment to the said Thomas Lowndes in lieu of tithes of Old Inclosure and then inclining northwards through and over the first allotment to the said Charles Chester to a certain ford leading through the brook to the said Parish of Chicheley.
One other publick road leading out of a lane at the north east corner of an Old Inclosure of the said Catherine Lowndes Stone called Coursers Green Close in a north direction through and over the allotment to the said Catherine Lowndes Stone in the Garden Field and on or near the same track the present road now goes from Little Crawley towards Up End to the south end of a lane between the Old Inclosures of the said Catherine Lowndes Stone on the west end of the said Philip Birt on the east.
One other pub lick road from the north end of the last described lane through and over the allotment to the said Thomas Sandon in the Dean Field and the allotment to the said Catherine Lowndes Stone in the Garden Field and taking in the whole breadth of the Up End Green to the south west end of a lane called Gob Lane.

One other publick road from the north east end of the said lane called Gob Lane through and over a part of the west end of the allotment to the said Thomas Sandon in Dean Field to a ford in the Turnpike Road from Newport Pagnell to Bedford leading into the open fields of Chicheley.
One other pub lick road from the said last described ford through over and along the north side of the allotments to the said Thomas Sandon and Catherine Lowndes Stone in Dean Field on the same track the present road now goes being part of the Turnpike Road from Newport Pagnell to Bedford.
One other pub lick road from the east end of the town of North Crawley through and over an allotment to the said Richard Lowndes the second allotment to the said Thomas Lowndes in lieu of his Glebe the north east end of the allotment of the said Lord Trevor and the allotment to the said Thomas Lowndes exchanged with the said Lord Trevor to the north west end of a lane at the north corner of the homestead of Home Closes of the said Lord Trevor .
One other pub lick road from the north end of a lane called Pound Lane through and over the allotment to the said Richard Lowndes to a lane at the north west corner of a close called New Pasture.
One other pub lick road from a ford at the bottom or south east end of the last mentioned lane through the allotment to the said Richard Lowndes on or near the track the present road goes by the west side of a pightle belonging to the said Michael Nash to a lane between the Hop Yard of the said Richard Lowndes on the east side thereof and an Old Inclosure belonging to the said Thomas Smith on the east side thereof leading towards Astwood in the said county of Bucks .
One other pub lick road from the south end of the lane called Folly Lane leading out of North Crawley through and over the east side of the second allotment to the said Samuel Wright an allotment to the said Richard Lowndes and the allotment to Lord Trevor the allotment to William Cooke the allotment to the said Joseph Page and an allotment to the said David Mortier on or near the same track the present road now goes from North Crawley to Hurst End.
One other pub lick road from the lane leading out of the south side of Hurst End through and over the west side of the allotment to the said Frances Rigg to the west end of a lane running between the pightle of the said William Foskett called Cheverills Pightle on the north and the Lordship of Moulsoe on the south side thereof .
One other pub lick road from the east end of the last mentioned lane through and over another part of the said allotment to the said Frances Rigg at a place called Ley Close to the north west end of another lane running between another pightle of the said William Foskett called Coldham Pightle on the north east and the said Lordship of Moulsoe on the south west side thereof .
One other publick road through and over another part of the said allotment to the said Frances Rigg at a place called Coldham Green from the north west end to the south east end of the said Green and on that side thereof adj oining the said Lordship of Moulsoe.
One other publick road from the south east end of a lane running between the said Lordship of Moulsoe and a wood or coppice in Crawley called Coldham Wood and belonging to the said Ralph Abbott through and over the south west end of the allotment to the said Ralph Abbott and the south west end of an allotment to the said Richard Lowndes next Moulsoe Grounds till it enters a lane dividing the parishes of Cranfield in the county of Bedford and North Crawley .
One other publick road from a certain lane on the south side of Brook End which runs between two Old Inclosures belonging to the Rector of North Crawley through and over an allotment to the said Richard Lowndes through the sixth allotment to the said Rector and through and over the east end of an allotment to the said David Mortier into the road hereinbelow described from North Crawley to Hurst End at or near the south corner of the allotment to the said Joseph Page .
One other publick road round or circumscribing the whole of the allotment of the said Catherine Lowndes Stone on Little Crawley Green .
All which said publick roads as ascertained set out and described as aforesaid we do order award and determine shall be and remain in every part thereof of the breadth of sixty feet at least between the ditches as now staked and set out and shall be taken and deemed as publ ick roads for the use and benefit of all persons and to all intents and purposes whatosever.
Also we have ascertained set out and appointed and by these presents do ascertain set out and appoint one other publick road through and over the said Green called Trap Green being an allotment to the said Catherine Lowndes Stone as hereinbefore mentioned which said roads shall extend the whole length of the said Green or allotment.
And we do order award and direct (in every part thereof where the whole width of the said Green will admit) shall be and remain of the breadth of sixty feet and shall be taken and deemed as a publick road to all intents and purposes whatsoever .
