A parcel of land in the MOORS FIELD containing 6 ACRES – 35 PERCHES including all roads and ways bounded on the NORTH and EAST by an allotment to RICHARD LOWNDES and on the SOUTH and EAST by an allotment to LORD TREVOR and the allotment to WILLIAM COOKE on part of the WEST and the SOUTH and on the remaining part of the WEST by lands awarded to JOSEPH PAGE

The hedges, ditches and fences on the EAST next to the allotment to RICHARD LOWNDES on the SOUTH EAST next to the allotment to LORD TREVOR and WILLIAM COOKE and on that part of the WEST adjoining to HURST END LOWER FURLONG and next to the allotment to JOSEPH PAGE shall be kept in repair by the TRUSTEES and FEOFFEES
