This is the last Will and Testament of me John Denton of the Parish of North Crawley in the County of Buckingham Victualler made when of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding in the manner following that is to say In the first place I order and direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath to my Wife Susanna Denton all my pasonal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever to and for her own use and benefit And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Wife Susanna Denton sole Executrix of this my Will And hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty fifth day of January and in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty John Denton Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said John Denton the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses Charles Woolstone John Peirce

On the 17th June formerly of the Parish of North Crawley in the County of Buckingham Victualler but late of Kettering in the County of Northampton a Widower deceased was granted to Mary Ann Hubbard Wife of Thomas …. Hubbard one of the natural and lawful children of the said deceased she having been first sworn by Common duly to administer Susanna Denton the Wife of the said deceased the sole Executrix and universal Legatee named in his said Will having died in his lifetime
