The Waste Ground Signage was unveiled at a village gathering of some 40 people on 1st September 2024 by North Crawley Historical Secretary Christine Stapleton after short speeches by Terry Smith and Chairman John Brandon with Parish Council Chair Steve Garner and other members of the Parish Council in Attendance.
This ceremony was followed by a 3 mile circular historical walk around the village led by Terry Smith which was attended by 20 people.
The signage had been enabled by a £750 grant by Milton Keynes Heritage Association who in return had asked for an account of the project journey which Terry supplied to MKHA Chair David Muston.
