The Olney Archaeological Society Study Day has become a regular event in August. It is held at Knuston Hall, near Rushden and attended by 30 members and friends. Professor Stephen Upex, a Cambridge lecturer, F.S.A., former professor of Landscape Archaeology at Brunei University, author and adviser to several Time Team productions, has lectured frequently at O.A.S. meetings and at the Study Days. It is expected that he will lecture at the 2018 event.
