Must Farm Exhibition

A visit to Peterborough Museum to visit the Must Farm exhibition afforded us the opportunity to meet with some of our more remote members. Although it is not possible to visit the farm itself, the exhibition provided the opportunity to see and handle some of the replica tools. Described as the Pompeii of Britain, Must Farm, Bronze Age settlement was destroyed by fire. However, since the inhabitants had some indication of the impending disaster, the loss of life was much less.
