Stephen Little was not officially a Rector. From 1977 to 1982 he was Social Responsibility Officer for the Milton Keynes Development Corporation, but he was allowed to live in the new Rectory at Broughton, and in return for this, he took services in both Broughton and Milton Keynes. He helped to set up the Restoration Fund for All Saints which enabled much needed repairs to be done.
