A talk by ‘local lad’ Dr Gerard Lynch, an internationally acclaimed and highly-respected historic brickwork consultant, master bricklayer, educator and author. Gerard will give us an illustrated talk about bricks and brickmaking from the Roman period, right up to the present day including information about the manufacture of bricks in Woburn Sands.
