AGM followed by a talk from local resident Michael Hallett. Michael’s grandfather, Wing Commander Harold Blackburn MC AFC (1879-1959), was a British aviation pioneer. On 22nd July 1914 he piloted the first scheduled passenger-carrying flights in Great Britain.
7.45 pm for 8.00 pm AGM, followed by the talk at 8.30 pm. Non members £3.00.
