The Canal & River Trusts’s major £700,000 project to restore a two centuries-old canal pumping station in Soulbury is nearing completion. To celebrate, please join the Canal & River Trust and Living Archive MK for a fun, relaxing open day for all the family at the Pump House.
Using specialist heritage techniques teams from the Canal & River Trust have repaired and rebuilt the Grade II Listed Pump House in keeping with its original character. You will be able to meet the engineers and heritage apprentices who worked on the renovation and find out about the techniques used.
