Karen and Jim Eyre have developed the 1.25-acre site into a modern garden for a modern house (designed by Jim Eyre) on a very challenging and steep site with mainly grass paths.
The garden is in its third year. The garden designers involved in its creation were the landscape specialist Ian Kitson and Julie Toll, who oversaw the planting and are Chelsea Gold Medal winners.
Cost: Guests £15.00. Refreshments, tea and cake included.
