Oxford – Beer, Sausages and Marmalade

In the nineteenth century Oxford became well-known for its ‘Celebrated Oxford Sausages’ and for Frank Cooper’s ‘Oxford Marmalade’. Liz Woolley’s talk examines the fascinating relationship between food production, tourism and politics in the city.
