Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869-1944) designed the Potterspury Lodge gatehouse and was involved in the extension to Potterspury Lodge.

Lutyens designed over 700 buildings and monuments including the Cenotaph in Whitehall. He designed the Potterspury Lodge gatehouse.
