The tours are provided by volunteers from MK Community Boat Electra, Bradwell Windmill, and Milton Keynes Canals.
Tour 1 Linford and Bradwell
Find out how the coming of canals and railways in the 19th century changed the landscape around New Bradwell. Enjoy gliding along quietly on a modern all-electric canal boat and walk to view a collection of historic buildings.
The tour leaves from and ends back at The Black Horse pub canalside moorings.
Tour 2 Bradwell and Wolverton
Find out how the canal changed the landscape and brought the railway and a windmill to 19th century New Bradwell and Wolverton. Enjoy gliding along quietly on a modern all-electric canal boat and walk to view a collection of historic sites.
The tour leaves from and ends back at the car park on Nightingale Crescent, close to the Windmill site.
