This seminar features an excellent line-up of speakers on a variety of topics:

  • Alan Wakefield – Twisting the Dragon’s Tail – The Zeebrugge Raid
  • Nigel Crompton – The Women’s Police Service in the Great War
  • Helen Frost – When the Landships Came to Town

Plus short talks (and displays of equipment) by the Great War Society – early and late German infantrymen, British infantryman, and British tank crewman.

Militaria and branch displays, British Legion and CWGC stalls, raffle, and second-hand specialist book stall (cash please).

Venue: The Old Bath House, Wolverton (Free car park, 4 min from station.)
