Celebrating 25 years of restoration work, Stowe House is running a series of talks with the incredible experts that have helped us to return the house to its former 18th Century glory.
The first talk will be by Rhiannon Clarricoates, an architectural paint researcher and an accredited paintings conservator. Following an exciting discovery of important 18th-century wall painting schemes on the East Staircase, a team of conservators, led by Rhiannon, has painstakingly uncovered large areas of it.
