Winslow is an ancient royal manor, situated mid-way between Aylesbury and Buckingham. The Winslow History Project aims to collect documents, maps, photographs and oral history interviews and to make them available through exhibitions, publications and via its website.

The Heritage Centre opened in 1984 with exhibits of local history and interest. It is now a Tourist Information Point and a centre for local walks, books and leaflets as well as gift items. The Heritage Centre is open everyday from Easter to September and at weekends in October.

Woburn Sands stands in the north-east corner of Buckinghamshire, just outside Milton Keynes. The Woburn Sands Collection is a private collection of artefacts, postcards and documents about Woburn Sands and Aspley Heath, collected since 1989.
