A talk by Prof. Paul Nicholson, an Egyptologist from Cardiff University.

Amarna is the contemporary name of the capital city of the ‘heretic’ pharaoh Akhenaten and his wife Nefertiti. It was also the boyhood home of Tutankhamen and is famous for dazzling decorative and fine arts.

Visitors are welcome; an attendance fee of £3.00 is charged for non-members and includes tea or coffee.
