Warden Abbey was founded in the Bedford area in 1135 as a daughter house to the Cistercian abbey of Rievaulx in Yorkshire. This excellent talk will take us through the history of the once-great abbey, from its foundation to the present day.
Visitors and new members are welcome. Annual membership £5. Visitor fee £2.
