1796 Enclosure Map
The 1796 Enclosure Map shows Sherington Place as No. 183.
It is listed as a ‘House and Garden’ owned by Roses Trustees.
They also own 9 other properties in the village.
Censuses and Trade Directories
The censuses do not mention Sherington Place, so it is not possible to determine who lived there. It is mentioned once in the trade directories: in the 1939 Kelly Directory when Robert Brown Fraser is listed.
