This indenture made the eighteenth day of April in the fifty first year of the reign of our sovereign lord
George the third by the grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
King defender of the faith and in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and eleven between Ann Robinson late of Warrington but now of Sherington in the
county of Bucks widow of the one part and James Clarke of Olney in the said county
of Bucks the younger lace-merchant and William Plowman of Olney aforesaid mealman
a trustee for the said James Clarke of the other part Witnesseth that for an in consideration of the sum of five shillings of lawfull
money of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland to the said Ann Robinson in hand at or before the sealing
and delivery of these presents well and truly paid by the said James Clarke and William Plowman or one of these the receipt
and payment whereof do hereby acknowledge she the said Ann Robinson hath bargained sold and devised and by
these presents doth bargain sell and devise unto the said James Clarke and William Plowmen their executors administrators
and assigns *** that cottage or tenement with the yard or Orchard thereunto belonging situate and being in Olney
aforesaid formally in the tenure or occupation of William Findon late of the said Ann Robinson her undertenants or assigns
and now of William Blower the house and ground lage of Brightman Andrews and now of *** being all or
towards the south side thereof the house and ground now or late of Mary Harrison and Widow Alsop being all or towards
the north side thereof and fronting the common street in Olney aforesaid all the west side thereof together with all houses
outhouses edifices buildings barns stables yards gardens orchards backsides hedges ditches trees mounds fences ways waters
paths passages commons and common of pastures profits privileges advantages emoluments hereditaments and appurtenances
whatsoever to the said cottage or tenement yard or orchard hereditaments and premises belonging or in anywise
appurtenance or acceptes*** reputes *** taken or known as part parcel or member thereof or as belonging thereunto
to have and to hold the said cottage or tenement yard or orchard hereditaments and *** above mentioned and
described and intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said James
Clarke and William Plowman their executors administrators and assigns from the day next before the day of the date of
these presents for and during and unto the full end and term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to
complete and ended yielding and paying therefor at the end of the said term unto the said Ann Robinson her
heirs and assigns the rent of one peppercorn only if the same shall be lawfully demanded to the intent and purpose
that the said James Clarke and William Plowman being (by virtue hereof and to force of the state) to made for transforming
uses unto possession in the actual possession of all and singular the same premises may be thereby enabled to accept and take a
grant and release of the reversion and in and inheritance thereof unto and to the use of the said James Clarke and William Plowman
and the heirs and assigns of the said James Clarke for ever and to or for no other use or purpose whatsoever
in witness whereof the said parties first above named to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands
and sealed the day and year first above written
